Tarleton State University students who are interested in staying safe both over Spring Break and in their everyday social lives have the opportunity to attend the Acquaintance Rape: Information and Prevention Luncheon on Tuesday, March 6 from 12-1 p.m. in the Thompson Student Center. The luncheon will be presented by the Student Counseling Center and is aimed at teaching students about the very real dangers of acquaintance rape, especially when they are unaware of their surroundings at a party or any other social gathering.
