Langdon Center genealogy workshop

Tarleton’s Langdon Center will be conducting a genealogy research workshop to help people learn more about their heritage. Guided by Eloise Horak, participants will have the opportunity to trace their family tree back multiple generations. They will be given access to all the necessary paperwork and given tips on interpreting information they discover. Participants are asked to bring as much information such as names and birthdates as possible. The event will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at Tarleton’s Langdon Center Rock House in Granbury and will cost $20. For more information contact Joel Black, program specialist for the Langdon Center at (817) 279-1164.
