Tomorrow, on Valentine’s Day, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Chef Fernando Gonzalez Garcia, Sodexo Global Chef, is coming to Tarleton State University’s Dining Hall.

According to Amber Lewis, Office Assistant for Sodexo, Garcia is part of a Global Chef Program, where chefs, “travel to different universities to teach and provide different food types from their backgrounds.”

Garcia, who was born in Madrid, worked at some of the best restaurants in Madrid since he was 18 years old, according to the Global Chef Program website. He will be serving Spanish cuisine at the International Station in the Dining Hall.
