Ashton’s Sweet-Tooth Strawberries

How to make delicious cheesecake stuffed strawberries

Everyone enjoys a good treat to share with their friends, and with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, why not make some eye-catching goodies for the people you love most. Whether it be for colleagues, classmates, or that special someone, this dessert is the way to go. This sweet is not only limited to holidays like Christmas or Thanksgiving, it’s also a perfect snack for the beach or birthday parties.

I make these delicious strawberries every chance I get, as they’re affordable and easily made. This is a simple recipe for anyone looking to impress their family with some amazing sweets. This recipe makes about 30 strawberries and costs around $20.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of fresh strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham crackers

Utensils:

  • A large bowl
  • Regular sized bowl
  • Knife
  • Ziploc bag
  • Hand mixer (optional)
  1. While the cream cheese is thawing, rinse and dry your strawberries. Then begin removing the top and cleaning out the insides of the strawberries with the knife. Continue to do this until all the strawberries are prepped and then set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Take this mixture and put it into a ziploc bag. Once it’s in the bag, cut one of the ends off and begin piping mixture into the strawberries. Set strawberries aside once they are filled.
  3. Take about three graham crackers and crush them up in the smaller sized bowl. Once they are crumb size, dip the strawberries into the graham crackers. If the graham cracker crumbs don’t completely cover the top of the strawberry, crush up more until the amount is sufficient.

Now the cheesecake stuffed strawberries are ready to serve (if not serving immediately, put in the fridge until ready).
