Money from the Day of the Yeti event benefits The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

The Tarleton State University FarmHouse fraternity raised over $2000 for their philanthropy, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, during their Day of the Yeti raffle in March.

“The Day of the Yeti event raised money and awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma

Society, which is our national philanthropy,” Trey Simpson, FarmHouse Public Relations Chair, said.

The fraternity sold raffle tickets for one week. Items up for grabs included a Yeti cooler, passes for LJT, Tarleton gear and lawn chairs.

“Leukemia and Lymphoma [have] personally effected several of our local chapter members so we strive to support our brothers in the situations and LLS at the national level,” Simpson said.
