Tarleton announces largest partnership with Ford dealers

On Tuesday afternoon, Tarleton State University announced the single largest advertising and marketing deal in the history of Tarleton Athletics.

Casey Hogan, Assistant Athletic Director, Development and Major Gifts announced that Tarleton Sports Network has partnered with North Texas Ford Dealership.

Tarleton is now the only university in which Ford is the primary sponsor.

The new home for Tarleton Sports Network is KTRL 90.5 for all Tarleton State Athletics media broadcasts, which includes radio and web broadcasts on web-based videos on TarletonSports.com.

Details of the five-year contract consist of a $100k agreement between North Texas Ford Dealers and Tarleton Sports Network.

Athletic Director Lonn Reisman stated this contract will enable Tarleton athletics to improve the game experience for fans and improve game broadcast coverage.

The first broadcast on the Tarleton Sports Network, presented by North Texas Ford Dealers, is scheduled for Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. when Tarleton Texan Football Kicks off for the season.
